    Borneo Motors! A company to steer you in the right direction for the future!
    The good thingsThey were very kind and understanding. They made sure to treat us respectfully. The work they gave is fair and very well supervised.
    The challengesThe work they gave can be quite a handful, their were a lot of work being assign to me that aren't even part of my job description. But because they did so much for me, I did not mind all that much.

    The challenges-Senior management team always had the prejudice of people from automotive background. -Never accept the feedback and ego held the management from listen to the employees.

    The challengesLack of strategic direction and leadership lead to constant fire fight and rework. Career devt and job rotation is essential for talent retention however current execution needs to be reviewed. The so-called job rotation is perceived by many as a convenient way to freeze recruitment.

    The challengesEveryday is a fire saving game , but the time you finish add hop issue which can take up most of your daily working hours any planning and stuff only could be done after working hours .

    The good thingsRelax environment, good for retirement. New 10 storey building in Pandan. Slow pace. Around three quarter of the work force are matured workers. Work life balance. Seldom OT unless there are events. Not for fresh graduates who are enthusiastic and want to learn more.
    The challengesManagement is very political, not receptive to new suggestions / ideas Management are also family-related, which gets to hold bigger portfolios. HR not transparent, do not share information and seldom on the ground to speak to employees. Little room for growth.
