    The good thingsNice environment to work, colleagues are nice. Family day, cultural day, DND, Townhall, group outing, department outing all are available. Get a chance to work with people from multiple countries, learning new culture every day. Also has opportunity to travel to Europe country
    The challengesFrom IT department's point of view: too many reorganizations: 5 reorgs within 6 years and the only major change is the name of group/department. IT Security teams are old, closed-minded, and conservative, always make people spend unnecessary effort to complete projects. Change in the environment is slow, new policy/technology would take years to be visible/completed.

    The good things- Fortune 500 company so good on your resume - Competitive salary - Leave in lieu even though it is not common practice in the country I worked for - Attractive bonus
    The challenges- Working environment is pretty bad. Most of the day, there were water shortage and did not even have enough water for washroom. So had to run to nearby shopping mall or shops. Management did not take any action even though the whole office raised this issue. They even extended the rental contract some more. - No life insurance even though staffs have been proposing various available local or international insurances. This has been dragging for more than 4 years. - Had to work with very minimal resources and management did not interesting in it so there were no work and life balance. Had to work (especially online meetings) most of the weekends as well. - RO management and individual BU management did not work together. Always blaming on each other and nothing were done properly.
