    The good thingsA positive and healthy environment to be working in with good interaction among other departments too.
    The challengesI could not blame the company much on the benefits due to unstable economy but not to forget the reason on why we go to work too.

    The good thingsApproachable and helpful staffs, good bonding/relationship among the office staff, which makes the days tolerable. Family like culture among the staffs. young environment.
    The challengesLack of focus on Staff's development, Poor HR policy and support and unclear progress chart for each staff. The work flow and the way things are done needs to be revamp to match up with technologies advancement. Managers lacking of proper managing experience, with little or no prior management experience.

Fair in giving yearly increment for individual.
    The challengesTo send staff for advance and upgrading related courses. To give days off for replacement if work on Saturday & Sunday if working at overseas. To promote healthy lifestyle for staff.

    The good thingsFamily oriented company. BEST working environment, like families, used to have best ex-colleague ever. All the good & hard working people are no longer around. Locals staff, the committee helps to perks up the environment with activities despite the hardship. Some managers/management sincerely concern and care for the employee well beings.
    The challengesStaff professional progress should be consider and explore to each employee. Salary packages should be improved. Welfare and benefits of each employee have to be looked into. Employees need to trust their bosses same should a boss should trust the employees. Happy worker is a good worker with a good leader.

    The good thingsThe management were sincerely concern and care for the employee well beings. The management is highly approachable and bother to know how they can help you grow. The management provide training and have good sense of work life balance.

    Young, Vibrant and Cohesive.
    The good thingsVery family oriented company. It felt like a second home working for BOA. The managers are supportive and they held bonding sessions every now and then that made the team and company come together as one family. It was almost always filled with smiles despite the tough challenges that came with the territory of working in an Oil & Gas industry.
    The challengesThey could improve on taking care of the staff professional progress. The pay packages could have been better looked after. The increment was another venue that was left unattended. Other than the aforementioned, the rest was good.
