    The good thingsmost of the staff is nice.no one will check the thing you do, some staff shake leg in office and keep their thing under carpet but no one voice up
    The challengesneed to have good relationship with higher management. otherwise workload will keep increasing if you capable and oo hardworking.other cant do,u must do, if you cant do that is your problem.
