    Not a working or professional environment
    The good things- Chartered shuttle transport thru and fro for lunch. - Chartered shuttle transport thru and fro to the nearest Metro Station (before & after Office Hour) - Managerial position is definitely a easy fetch.
    The challenges- incorrect selection of leaders, - no leadership, - no skills, - no guidance, - problems swept under the carpet, - higher level ignore management feedbacks - insufficient headcount - unwillingness to change for the better - uncooperative inter department staff - does not and do not intend to live in harmony - aggregates or initiate problems rather than discussion to result solution - work life no balance - too many to list All the best and good luck.
