    Good for learning not for staying.
    The good thingsOpen to new ideas and have plenty of opportunities to prove yourself with good staff perks
    The challengesNo work life balance with many adhoc tasking. No teamwork among departments as communications keep breaking down with no regards to priorities what's important.

    The good thingsThe staffs get to learn and handle the workload well. The department is cohesive and friendly.
