Many opportunities to upgrade yourself, as long as you are willing to put in the work
The good thingsHR is responsive and open. Colleagues are passionate and helpful, a very family-friendly environment, everyone worked as a team. Benefits are decent coming from private SME.
The challengesNon-executives may feel some challenge in upwards mobility, however BCA is willing to support proactive staff to upgrade their certificates. Some issues with the company trying to cover too much and losing sight of their mission and core business.
