Iron Bowl Job but almost no prospect and future growth
The good thingsThe instructors have good relationship together and the bonus given to the staff is good compared to other employment.
The challengesThere is a big gap between the management and the instructors. There are not support given by the superiors. When things are done well, there are rarely any praises or encouragements. But when mistakes are committed, even if minor one, you get penalize even if the mistake is an unavoidable one.

The good thingsA good company that could provide all necessary needs in obtaining licence for better jobs.
The challengesProbably a good feedback from students what and why reasons of obtaining a licence of individual needs. It would be better to plan better and assign much experience instructors to guide and teach driving lessons.
