    Experience was good as gold
The good thingsBullionStar has been an amazing place to work at with excellent management guiding the team. My first reaction when I joined the team was like "Wow, the vault has no ants!". The vault is so secured, you can't find an insect! I have been working for a year now as a bullion executive, and there is nothing much to complain about. Very good work and play culture with good working ethics. Almost everyone in the team is pretty much passionate about precious metals, coin collecting, personal finance and the economy in general. If you are looking for the right precious metal industry, BullionStar is the place for you. Although I am still relatively a junior and it has been my first job so far, BullionStar has provided me with diverse opportunities and various challenges to learn and grow. Everyone of us has a voice for ideas and management is very open to feedbacks. Wonderful place to work.
The challengesThings may start to get rough whenever there is extreme volatility in the market place. Be prepared to be mentally ready for complex cases and build long term relationship with customers. Learning curve can be very aggressive even with guidance. Having a probationary course would be good. Other than that, this is definitely a wonderful career to start!

    Excellent opportunities and listening management
The good thingsWorking at BullionStar has given me the opportunity to learn and work beyond my job scope. We are given the listening ears to provide feedback at all angles even to the highest management and making things work for everyone in all aspects. This includes win situations for my employers, colleagues and customers! The growth opportunity is endless as the company expands to meet global demands.
The challengesThe learning curve is steep and requires some prior experience in certain industries before a candidate may be considered. I was blessed enough to have different experiences leading to the current role. More training processes can be in place to help future candidates fit and learn about the company's mission and processes. As an SME company, changes will take place in a snap and would always require adaptation, feedback, and clear communication.

Pleasant working experience in a fast growing company
The good thingsPlenty of opportunities for personal growth and career development. Great environment to work in and there's always something new to learn everyday. Great to also work with friendly colleagues who are always ready to jump in when help is needed. Overall, a very interesting industry and a great company to work for!
The challengesGood to read and have a basic understanding of bullion industry. This will really help in understanding the mechanism of this interesting industry as a whole.

    Great place to work at
The good thingsGreat working environment. If you want to work at a company where you can freely suggest ideas and have it considered according to its merit and nothing else, Bullionstar is the company to work for. Decisions are made quickly here unlike in a traditional company with multiple layers of bureaucracy. This is not a traditional company where you are just hired to do what you are hired to do. You are encouraged to try out new things and expected to help out wherever help is needed.
The challengesIt can be overwhelming when precious metals price see extreme moves. These are the times where the sales team will be slammed and the stress levels increases exponentially. To be expected though, not a big downside.
