Excellent explausureThe good thingsIt's not about just working , BV has given so many training programs relevant to my area.Not like other companies BV supports a lot for the beginners.For the beginners they allocate one month overall training as well.The company give opportunity to grow independently but they definitely give their support to grow under the multinational platform. With the experience they give lots benefits for the staff people. BV is honestly an amazing company to work.
The challengesSince my area was Textile we always had tight schedules to cover our targets to make on-time shipments as that was the client's number one requirement. But at the same time we had to maintain the quality of our piece of work.so balancing those two factors was the biggest challenge.But we were so smart to manage them both well.But at the time working pressure was very high.
