Learning about the workload of my managers, assistant managers, restaurant managers as well as business managers
    The challengesThe low salary rate, but it was understandable I hope that in future, the company would care for their foreign crew. For example, they could take note about the distance that they live from the workplace. The company could give allowance for their gas. The company could come up with initiatives to make the crew's working environment better. For example, a crew bonding session.

    The good thingslike talk to customer what they want to order and service customer with food are ready. i like doing food delivery app because it is easy to do click customer order and drink delivery food by foodpanda. two dislike are kitchen not clean after close store and doing nasty dinning every wednesday night have to sweep floor and mop a floor when a crew is off day.
    The challengesthe company have improve by crew service many customer by take order many as they can so that they don't need service customer one at time if not many customer can do that. sometime the crew will face not easy customer with hot temps and complain about food not right order and food very cold even one of crew get complain because of bad attitude.
