    Supportive environment
    The good thingsThird year here, its given me the opportunity to take charge of my own growth in such a positive and well supported environment. The company is adaptable and encourages everyone to take ownership of their development
    The challengesHours may be long but it really depends on how one manages their time - there is work life balance for sure. It is also fast paced and at times stressful, but the team's support more than make up for it!

    Open communication with everyone
    The good thingsBeen with the company for a little over 2 years now and was not expecting that I will reach this far with the team. The great thing about Butler is its diversity and open communication with everyone. We are encouraged to speak up our minds and they listened. May it be something about the welfare of the employee, or for the development of our services. It will challenge your skill in terms of decision-making and will train you to have a critical thinking mindset.

    Collaborative and Exciting Workspace
    The good thingsButler communicates clearly with each of their subordinates to always know what is expected of them and deliver quality work as a result. My collaboration with them has been perfect. Their leader Da Qian Poon is an inspirational and positive person who brings employees together in a friendly manner to be a productive team. I always find that He Shows initiative with developing new ways of thinking to improve performance. Butler maintains mission-driven by promoting, preserving, and protecting life. Encourages mental and physical wellness and offers many training and team-building opportunities.

    Success driven company with strong managers
    The good thingsButler is a unique company that empowers its employees with high degree of autonomy, a typical day at work will usually be fast paced with multiple meetings. Management has clear annual goals and objectives, fast growing. Workplace culture is refreshing and fun, no politics, strong teamwork. Work is usually fast paced and quality is the cornerstone to work, at times management expectations on quality can be unforgiving, but that helps me grow in experience. Best part of the job, it's a pandora's box with much to learn.
