    if they dont like you, they will find ways to get out, no matter how long is your service at them.
    The good thingsgood for local got aws and bonus but not for foreign workers.
    The challengesno progression on learning, retail staff. Every now and then so many changes, some better, some became worst. they dont value the suggestion of some staff, management sometimes is not open minded.

    The good thingsGreat Colleagues if you can blend in. Staff Benefits were good, there were things many local company do not offer. Office Location, convenient and comfortable.
    The challengesManagement can be a little uptight and unsure. People can be unfriendly if you do not fit in well. Some staff do not know what they are doing but tries to act like they know. Strict Management with lots of "Rules & Regulations" to adhere to. Hierarchy of the company structure is hard to progress fast in the company.
