    There was an ample schedule date to finish my tasks.

    The challengesMore Work, but less on people development no trainings no company outings, no team buildings at one point no xmas party no bonus needs improvement on some facilities (compared to other BPO company)

    Friendly atmosphere
    The good thingsPeople oriented - they care for their employees. The owner of the company is approachable and even greets employees when he bumps into them.
    The challengesThe schedule - specially if your shift starts by 3AM. Queue - less people coming to work means longer phone queues.
