    Good team quality but poor decision making
    The good thingsThe management and team was amazing. The Facilities Manager at the site i was at, very supportive and helpful at all times. He has been thinking for the team and willing to guide them when needed.
    The challengesThe site that i was working at, OUBC, have poor people management and treatment towards their contractors. My company team should have a better contract manager to deals with the clients in event of contracts deal.
