    Awesome
    The good thingsI enjoy working out and love having to train and interact with clients but I have stopped since California fitness closed down and I really hope to join this pure fitness family to continue my career In fitness industry and make it a life career.
    The challengesPressurising as we have sales to do while need to catch up doing hours of PT and hitting our quota but overall this is what I love to do and I'm sure I have matured more now to do better than what I did before..

    The good thingsColleagues and the wonderful locals of Singapore.. The management teach and push us to earn more... The company is giving us recognition... But they can do more better if they can promote does who's dying to have that position and deserving...
    The challengesThe challenges are a lot... Facing stress management who need to target the month to date qouta, everyday but I got used to it... And I understand that I need to be Automatic in everything... But when the managent see that and trust you the management will let you do your own strategy

    The good thingsFun working environment with great colleagues, good teamwork between the 3 departments. some nice members too. Not boring as everyday we will experience something new.
    The challengesToo many customer complaints. marketing campaigns too misleading, too many salesperson including the managers verbally promised gifts, extension, wrong info, not explaining fine prints. pay too low. many crazy members.
