    if you want stable job with quite good income, this is it
    The good thingsstable work, even throughout covid times. many of my friends cannot work like normal in those years. change jobs lah, become unemployed. but here really stable. i got see improvement in culture also. boss and supervisor always been very caringg, but now we also have more activities and celebrations. overall nice to work here

    The good thingsStable job if you are disciplined. Approachable and friendly boss. Flexible shift arrangements. Good mix of Singaporeans and foreigners. This is one of the leading companies in this industry with more than 500 workers.
    The challengesWork can be monotonous, have to spend most of the time in the prime mover. Have to work shifts including weekends and sometimes public holidays.
