CamelotThe good thingsThe people are nice. The workrate is reasonable. Not a 100% desk bound job whereby we work both indoors and outdoors. Location of the main office is also very accessible. The size of the office makes it easy for everyone to communicate with one another. Everyone in the company works together as a family and we treat one another as friends and family, but not as colleagues.
The challengesSometimes during the peak period of the year, the number of programmes and camps that the company does could be too much and therefore many of us would be fatigued and thus it will be very hard for us to give our 100% in whatever we are doing. This job requires lots of perseverance and endurance as the weather could also affect our performances.
