    Do not be blinded by its Big Name, do proper checks on internal culture and project prospect

    The challengesAPAC context - weak HR process and policy, compromised work ethnics (the loudest and best bluffer wins), subjugating environment that does not allow you to speak up, limited opportunities unless you get into the management inner circles, stingy, weak top management leadership (makes you think that they are there as a nationality rather than individual capability), also dont request for work life balance because you will get into blacklist as deem as incapable, deceiving testimonials...

    Good for entry level but stagnates after a 1 year
    The good thingsGet to keep in contact with both senior and junior batches of graduates. Great environment to kickstart your career if you are fresh out of school. But projects are very much SAP driven and unless you are outspoken, you don't stand alot of chance to choose what kind of projects you want to try.
    The challengesMore higher-management inclined and not much chances to switch from existing project to another. Not much room for career progression after 1 year.
