    The good thingsThe people here are the best colleagues I have . There are really good teammates . The office is very comfortable and the location is good . The welfare is good and package is competitive against the market.
    The challengeslack of transparency from the senior leadership . we do not know their clear direction beforehand . Bad news can come in very sudden.
