The good thingsThe respect from the Top Management and they believe in their staff. Trust and responsibility given to staff, is an great asset for both.
The challengesworking with MNC's , in fact is an internship, graduating school for all who have not been to the real University.

    Suitable for young career builders
The good thingsTime flexibility. Friendly environment and camaderie within company and across affiliated companies. Company promote cross department/comapnies learning. Opportunities to be transferred between countries and companies,
The challengesShould have flatter organisation structure. Mixed reporting lines with afflilated company, due to time difference its hard to get timely advice from shared services departments. Some middle management are not skilled in work, causing employees to be disengaged frm management ideals.
