    It all depends on your boss.
    The good thingsWith the right direct report, a lot of learning experience and room to grow. Steep learning curve, able to try different things in attempt to adapt and catch up
    The challengesPeople who do work well get more work. Credit not properly given. Discredited at times. A lot of gray areas that the management are unwilling to clarify. Backward in terms of technology, and too stubborn and stingy to invest and change for the better.

    It is really great to be a part of such organisation
    The good thingsWorking Atmosphere, No hierarchy as such, Free to ask your query to any employee and they will help you out without any hesitation, Work-Life Balance, Opportunities to grow and develop, And as they say Probably the best place to work in, I totally agree.
    The challengesAs such I don't come across any huge challenge but you need to create a good and a viable relationship with the vendors you deal with, which sometimes can be challenging as every single being has there own thinking and mentality.

    The challengesA lot people like Tiger Beer need tell to buy our Carlsberg Beer it is so different and my boss what event for other company give free gifts to customers.

    The good thingsFree beer every month. There is a pantry of freeflow and unlimited beer for staff consumption. Wonderful place to be at if you love to drink beer
    The challengesCompany does not focus on retaining talents, staff welfare are bad.
