Like the company but not exactly suitable for first timerThe good thingsI like the office environment. People are nice and friendly. Almost everyone is at managerial level position, where they each has their own function to support the region.
There are not a lot head count, ard 60. There are always ppl on business trips and nice food and snacks brought back by them. Can be quite empty some time though. Office manager is friendly and mother like.
The challengesNew to the workforce while all most everyone else are having 5 to 15 years of experience. The level of training system for a first-timer is not available. Most of the time, need to learn while do it for the first time with some guidence from superior.
