Hostile work environment (front desk)The good things- Management is very supportive and has open door policy.

- Lots of learning opportunity
The challenges- Foreign staff were very insecure and most weren't friendly which made training process became difficult
- One foreign staff at front desk made false accusation to me for disobeying orders and used offensive remarks to humiliate me in front of guests and other staff. Management apologized for that staff behavior but still there was no repercussion. That staff even dared to yell at duty manager.
