Not for everyoneThe good thingsIf you're in a good team with strong manager, can be easy. Changes can take place pretty fast so adaptability is key. Good company culture which allows work flexibility. Not a stick in the mud and age is not the issue when it comes to capabilities.
The challengesIt boils down to the fact that any company would face similar issues - transparency and communication. Just got to embrace that there's no one workplace that is perfect. They are still figuring out the structure so got to be patient with that. A lot of ways they deal with matters aren't the most professional, so at times, can be rather disappointing. But set your expectations right and it wouldn't be as bad as it seems.
