The good thingsThe benefits plus the events that they have every 6 month. I'm also glad that everyone respects each other. Everyone is so supportive that keeps everyone morel high.
The challengesThe task that is given is neutral for me as i'm used to it. When there is new project comes, people tent to pull us which will lead to delaying when we r doing servicing.

A company that looks after the staff benefits
The good thingsI have been in 3 big company in the past. But so far UTC has brought a whole new meaning to general technician post. They emphasise alot on safety and rhet have a structured chain of command on how one can bring forth safety issues face by ground staff.
The challengesEven after having a hood strictured as i mention there are still more places that can be improve and i guess more braonstorming could be done yo better enhance grpumd staff safety issue and challenges face beyween ground staff and customer
