Good start to fresh Uni grads & poly grads intending to get a foothold on the startup scene
The good things- Drive lots of cars from AMGs to BMWs - Never a dull day at work as there is always things to do during busy months
The challenges- There are days where it gets slow and there is not much tasking to do - Very limited career prospects, job gets very repetitive after awhile.

Less than 1 year in the role, current employee
Good experience for avid start up learners
The good thingsFriendly colleagues, vibrant environment, opportunities to learn your job and make better contributions. Can initiate changes and develop new processes if it is applicable. Easier to approach fellow colleagues if required to get things done
The challengesChanges are everyday things, have to keep up with new developments and be pro-active to change. Employees are start-up minded and are not opened to standard/current HR way of doing things in MNCs, conformity to follow processes created are not very much followed.

Company has no commitment to a single direction
The good thingsThe colleagues I worked with are the best! Strong team.
The challengesMultiple changes of direction from Upper management, what they say they want and what they actually want always seem the differ, which will lead to another change again. All the effort you have put in will go down the drain. Happens every few months. Parachutes friends in to be your boss, not from the auto industry and doesn't know what is going on, which leads to the repeat of blind bashing, resulting in tired out ground staff.
