Flexible schedule, great part time job
The good thingsThe full-time staff are all generally very nice and helpful, can just ask them questions if you're unsure of anything. Flexible schedule, you get to choose the days that you want to work; double pay on public holidays and commission for certain models of watches.
The challengesThe basic pay is not high, and there's not much training provided on the product knowledge, you just have to learn on the job or on your own and ask the full-time staff about the various watch functions in order to promote them

    Hire and Fire
The good thingsGood local colleagues, central location.
The challengesIt's always about hitting the sales target regardless the department you are in. Off you go, if the management thinks that you are not good enough. Please learn to grow your employees. Develop them in areas you know needs improvement instead of asking them to go.

You need to be a strong player to survive
The good thingsYou get recognition if you perform well but due to culture and job rotation you may not always have the same good superior. One should put in your utmost and live each day at a time and not try to plan too far ahead in career progression.
    The challengesCulture and rigid structure.
