    The good thingsMeals and transport are provided due to the location out of civilization, Tuas South Boulevard.
    The challenges-Micro management at its best. -Ideas we creatively came up with will not be credited where due. -in meeting, being singled out for an honest mistake is a norm in front of your colleagues.

    The good thingsThere's staff meal on all the 3 shift, Management is very friendly & helpful. Director is very humble. Other Department Manager is there if need assistant or help in anyways. Transport Captain is also very helpful even when they have a lot of work but still will find time to support your needed
    The challengesBuilding up everything from scratch such as supplier, merchandising & product knowledge. Must have a can do mindset & not to be distracted easily. From admin to operation need to be firm when making judgement & always prepare details on the planning, outcome or back up plan.

    The good thingsCollegues friendly and helpful and co-operative and understanding
    The challengesFood during lunch is an issues cause it is quite ulu and no food centre and only cooks mostly indian food there, occasionally cooks Chinese and western food which are halal.
