    The good thingsThis Company is the market leader and renowned globally hence people want to work here. Its a springboard for people who wish to move on to larger corporations in future. The salary scale is above market rate.
    The challengesOn the inside, its actually a very harsh place, where people can be unkind, blunt and pretentious. Clients,mostly are demanding and unforgiving because they feel they are paying premium fees. Unfortunately, the bad energy from awful clients is transferred to staff. If you work there long enough, you might transform into a demanding, harsh, impatient and unforgiving person as well. Dealing with teams of colleagues who have transformed into bad people everyday can be bad for mental health. Because the company pays above-average remuneration, there is no lack of talents, but they do not value staff, because good money can buy talents.

    The good thingsWonderful work life balance Still received my pay while i was undergoing my surgery even though i was not a permanent staff yet. The staff gave me loads of opportunities to learn and grow and were not irritated or agitated at my constant repeated questions and mistakes.
    The challengesIt has pressures like with all industries but the team is there to work together and help overcome the plethora of challenges.
