    Your typical F&B Establishment
    The good thingsThe company have a close knit culture where they genuinely care about you as a person and does have a team that can help you progress while working in the company. As an F&B establishment, you can expect the typical friendly environment.
    The challengesLike every other company, sales and performance does take precedence in how departments and teams are being rated. If you can't get things moving or received genuine complaints, management will press and push you to produce better result. Nevertheless, you will never be alone in implementing the solutions as it is always a team effort that pushes everyone through to the end of the race.

    The good thingsSome of the benefits that staff get to enjoy are "expect you to know it all" by seniors and The company ensures that everyone has a conducive work environment by making sure you take useless test knowledge for guest to spend more and get more sales
    The challengesThe company has helped me to grow professionally by knowing that ce la vi is on "turbo speed'' =fast to serve guest in hurry to help turnover speed and judge your confident and personality. The weakness of the company's management team is seen in their JUDGMENTAL and PROUD ego expecting you to listen and respect them which no matter you try to but doesn't seems enough to them.

    It is a good place to learn about yourself as well as grow as a person. You will come across several people and you will want to learn more about them and eventually, you build a network.
    The good things-Experience -Interesting Customers -Fun -Developing Network
    The challenges-Long Hours -Late Hours -Difficult Customers -Health can be compromised if not well balanced

    Enjoyed working there.
    The good thingsManager Jack was the best manager anyone can ask for. Interns there are very nice and hardworking which adds good experience and they try to reduce work load for the part-timers by helping out.
    The challengesI personally do not like the full-timers asking part-timers to do things out of their job scope.
