Good bosses from the Test Sales Department

The challenges1. Management should consider pay at least a market rate 2. Benefit also not within market rate 3. No promotion even though you work Long 4. Fresh graduate should think proper to join this industry because the market is very small and you will have a hard time finding your next job.

Not a good learning experience in the this industry!
The good thingsI really cannot find anything good about this company. If anyone is doubt about it, please try to go work in this company and write your own review. Thanks.
The challengesFirst issue: management (favouritism to old employees) Second issue: no AWS stated in your contract (I think a lot of SME companies are like this) Third issue: no team work

Stressful place to work at if you are below engineer level
The good things- understanding supervisor - nice colleagues - quiet place to work
The challenges- either you are free at this moment or you can become so busy if there are many testing come in - not enough of manpower; cut cost to perform 3 to 4 person jobs.
