The challenges-Parts number were not updated therefore I needed to spend times to track down the superseded number .
-This was possible to due to my years of experience
-This is a very established company, more than 100 years old. Therefore tons of information may not be readily available or lost. I need to use my networks and experiences to overcome it.
-There were always price increases for parts. I need to find ways to cool down the angry customers to get them to buy from me.
