    Can gain some experience here but not good for future development.
    The good things-Some colleagues are nice.
    The challenges-Not all people have AWS. -Benefit only for certain people. Benefit not good if you are not management level. -Management just do whatever they like and in the end the things become mess. -Management will not appreciate what you have done. -Bad management. -You need to know what employees benefit you have as this company HR will not protect employee's benefit, the HR is stand at company side. HR even not familiar with MOM law.

    The good thingsManagement will review and regconise all staff work efforts. Colleagues are nice working with, not much politics here.
    The challengesThe industry is not doing well recently, so there are less bonus paid out.

    No 13th AWS payment, profit sharing is only for certain people
    The good thingsThere is no commitment from Management to take care of the staff. Your future with the company is not their concern.
    The challengesYou must be able to withstand the dirtiness in the office. There was no periodic cleaning in the office. Other than focusing on your own scope,you will also need to take care of the cleanliness of the office.
