    Incompetent management led to high turnover
    The good thingsAbove average salary, good staff perks and welfare package.
    The challengesWork load, no clear direction from management. Incompetent leadership. High turnover, extremely low employee morale. Short handed, leading to taking up two person job, clear back logs.
