    No good experience.
    The good thingsNone, nothing enjoyed.
    The challengesBeing pressured into working OTs even though OTs are not compulsory. No fixed team members making it difficult to adapt to work as everyone has different ways of doing things thus will find yourself frequently in the wrong not because you action wrongly it's mainly due to what you learned from a person may not be welcomed/accepted by another person.

    The good thingsVarious 3PL contracts with reputable aerospace, manufacturing & technology companies around Singapore. Good exposure to MNC culture. Global reach; possibility to transfer within organization both locally & international branches. Global brand is strong.
    The challengesBig MNC = slow execution of new policies and due to corporate red tape. Management can be too focused on KPI and adding value to brand stock. Very high employee turnover rate (even within Management level). Low incentives/work rewards for lowest operational staff. Overworked / Understaffed IT department.

    Been through the ups and downs in CEVA
    The good thingsThe only thing I look forward is the colleagues that makes our days at work worthwhile. Benefits are above average.
    The challengesAbsolutely no opportunity for career development/growth despite working for long - long enough for a newborn to grow up to P1. No recognition and support given to older staffs. Turnover rates are high. Annual leaves are standard at 14 days per year. Management keeps changing, unstable and indecisive.

    The good thingsi learn more abouyt how a logistics operate, they are willing to guide and teach even i started with no experience, slowly picking stuff that is needed to know and make no mistaske.everyone is very patient throuout the 4 month with them.i have learn to work more independant and solving problem by not relying others.i have also learn what is team work is important like to get stuff to be done within the day then dragging to next day.
    The challengesi meet a few obstancle which stop me i try reach guidance from my collueage and manager, i have given some solution but i still manage to learn to solve the matter in a professional way.communication is very important .
