    Good Company Team Management
    The good things- Show appreciation to the employees on their hard work by giving out company incentive. - Management team cares and show concern. - Able to speak up to the management and help will definitely be on the way. - Great team work and relationship with all. - Get help immediately from fellow colleagues.
    The challenges- Need to constantly communicate closely with some colleagues. - Set up on project to be fast and more swift. - Find out more on the ground or site what is necessary required for the colleagues.
