I’ve been in Construction industry here in Singapore since 2010 doing different types buildings, such as commercial, & residential.

The good thingsSome of the benefits that staff get to enjoy are; allowances, Aws, bonuses,

The challengesOne of the challenges I find working with the team here is that all our site supervisors were Chinese speaking which will be difficult on my part to coordinate well on site.
