    The good thingsDefenitely, the staff benefits is good, bcuz its a global movement benefits.
    The challengesNo work life balance, have to work very very hard. No chance to voice out as your opinion as it will be pinned down. Working hours are outrageous no sense of support is given! Need to be independent in many ways. Must be prepared if you received a feedback , need to play safe at all times. Stuck in a position for a very long time, no opportunities to rise.

    The challengesTrying to manage daily task without affect company operation, that's mean we are repeat and doing the task day by day, it's difficult to have a change for such big company.

    The good thingsColleagues who are closely bonded by one brand,one mantra \"ultimate luxury\".Every staff is equally trained,groomed & equipped with adequate knowledge of product & highest level of service irregardless of their role in the company.Frequent walk ins by local & international celebrities.Salary package is on par with the market based on experience & role.
    The challengesLess restrictions on applying leave & RO.Management need to get more involved with the staff.More flexibility in accepting changes & suggestions.
