    The good thingsTraditional Chinese company, Top management most all family related. Super Manual (only excel 2007 and outlook 2007) everything is just messed up. No career prospective

    The good thingsThe employer have try their best to provide and sustain employment for all during the covid19 period! Very grateful and appreciate the boss effort.
    The challengesVery fast paced, must be able to multitask, think and act fast! Everyone is very busy, if can find time for team building will be awesome.

    Toxic Work Environment
    The good things- Work Life Balance - Location is good if you stay in the north
    The challenges- Traditional Chinese Company - Toxic Work Environment - Family Business - Manual. Only uses Excel and Outlook - Management is inefficient and no leadership - No SOP, everything is very messy - No career opportunities
