    Low salary expect you to do a lot
    The good thingsGood benefit, flexible working hours, free flow of snack available in the pantry, company give good quality gift to staff during event (company birthday, some important event that we need to remember and etc)
    The challengesLow salary but they expect you to do a lot and they do not appreciate what you have done for the boss/the team. Very slow career progression as they only promote scholars, those "super intern" and people they like. Not much work life balance, due to flexible working hours, bosses would whatsapp you at night about work.
