Poor management don't think about joining.
The good thingsWorking environment is good, colleagues are kind and helpful.
The challengesManagement are rather poor, they are aware of problems but seldom care. And also do not be a role model to their staff. Staff are not professionally trained on customer services & product knowledge but expectation are rather high. Company is good but probably changing of management shall lead a better Changi Travel Services.

    Extremely challenging workplace
The good thingsAccelerated growth. The company is daring, innovative and not afraid to challenge the norm. Leadership has a strong entrepreneurial mindset, and gives opportunities to those who can step up to the challenge.
The challengesToxic environment. Limited support from management. Extremely high expectations.

    Poor Management
The good thingsWorking in airport environment was good, colleague are well friendly, willing to hep on each other.
The challengesThe manager never fit their roles, never be a role model to their staff, eg come work late for few hours. It's hard for you to get increment even you drive great performance and the management doesn't think so. Rotating night shift up to 4 days per week.

A good mix of fast growing startup and large corporation
The good thingsI have never seen a place that provide so much opportunities to younger staff. A culture of high growth and performance which weeds out unwilling performers quickly... which explains some of the bad reviews here.
The challengesFast pace, performance driven culture. Have to push yourself to go beyond. Must be willing to learn else don’t event try.

Fast Paced environment & limitless learning opportunities
The good thingsThere are countless things for employees to learn and colleagues are always there to lend a helping hand. Also, the company is improving on its benefits to its employees and there is work-life balance in this Company.
The challengesThis is a fast-paced environment and it really depends on the individual choice to cope with it. It may be difficult to cope in the beginning, however, after some time, you will find everyday to be enriching as you get exposed to new learning everyday.

Startup transiting into a large corporation
The good thingsStill embodies the spirit of a startup in moving fast strong business development and product development pipeline. Young people are given portfolios and responsibilities that are unthinkable in many other corporates. The company has strong growth potential and support at the board level.
The challenges- Like any startup, structure and processes are far from ideal. - Historically, junior employees lack support in the fast pace environment. - However, we can see hiring direction and a general effort from management to address these issues (e.g. very senior corporate heads and additional middle managers to help guide staff)

Good environment and colleagues but certain managers are not fit for their role
The good thingsfriendly and helpful colleagues, great environment as the office is located in the airport.
The challengescertain managers aren't fit to be managers at all, some lack the skill, leadership and responsibility. Do not have proper SOPs, and management often have last minute changes.

    poor management
The good thingsyou will get to learn independently as you will have to handle and solve problems on your own with no or limited guidance. good to learn problem solving skill.
The challengeshowever, no mentorship at all and it will be all about achieving profit target. not much career prospect. not much learning will be provided. its good to work on contract based since not much employee benefit is given.

    Good colleagues, shady company
The good thingsThey have a nice family environment as is what's expected with a company working at Changi Airport. Staff tend to grow closer over the days and most are willing to help whenever you require it.
The challengesIntegrity issues present where other staff may hide certain promotions from the customers and pocket some of the profits themselves. Aside from that, the company has a policy that the employees are made to pay for the attraction tickets that have not been sold and expired. This did not make sense to me working there and was the reason why I left as there was quite a lot of deductions from the original pay.
