    Beautiful hardware of school but staff not taken care of
    The good thingsNice school with lots of windows and light located in the middle of a park that is accessible to children on a daily basis.
    The challengesNot everyone has a locker, lunch for staff is catered cooked a few days ago and vacuum packed and reheated on the day they serve you. Texture is horrible, no fresh green veg, no fruits for staff. Management doesn’t keep to their words, only sweet talk. Systems keep changing, people also keep changing. No genuity for concern shown to staff when on sick leave etc. Constantly lack of manpower. Leadership is top down not giving respect to people with experience to contribute. HR doesn’t stand by the staff.

    Beautiful environment with good working culture.
    The good thingsExcellent natural surrounding environment, lovely colleagues, good teaching resources available. Admin work such as portfolios, blogs and communication with parents are manageable if you have good time management. Dental and optical benefits on top of other medical benefits.
    The challengesManagement may not be willing to spend more for new teaching resources. Management may not grant leave even with valid reasons.
