    The skies is the limit.
The good thingsFlexible working hours. Management have vast experience in motivating people and able to handle different personalities..Learn quite alot from SME business owners in this trade and get to know many industries. Understand how business works if u intend to start a business yourself. Salary will certainly satisfy your hunger if you do not qualify for a high school certificate but attitude in job is what matters.
The challengesSome colleagues don't really work hand in hand together and quite often result in disputes. No basic pay and need to be self driven and motivated to earn a living in this line. Have to wait for banks approval for loans if you want to get your commission earned. No customer base at the beginning stage tends to make things a bit harder.
