    Join This Industry Without Experience
    The good thingsHave a proper channel for those without experience to pick up some basic skill before go to their department. This industry consider stable and good for those want a stable income and career enhancement. Basically salary increment was reasonable.
    The challengesNot enough support from HQ division for all the new handover project related issue which basically not maintenance issue. Besides that, shortage of parts at warehouse also a big issue for maintenance side. Stress not only come from customer but also from management.
