A great place to work, to be challenged to be the best every day, to contribute to one’s best ability, to set your goals in alignment with the company and be recognised and rewarded for your contribution
The good thingsGreat Leadership, world-class corporate values and safety caring culture, great opportunities for growth and development. Focus on Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Exceeding Customers’ Expectations, Ingenuity and One Team. Interaction with a diverse team of highly talented and skilled colleagues from all over the world.
The challengesIt is really very hard to think of any as there is a great support system and global Helpdesk to address any issues.

The good thingsAt Chevron Singapore, employees get to enjoy a great work-life balance, with an employee scheme that awarded workers one day off every alternate week. The seniors I worked under also provided exceptional leadership. The company encouraged each worker to hone their skills to the best of their ability, with never ending opportunities for employees to improve themselves.
The challengesWith such a big corporation such as Chevron Singapore, there are many departments and working with each individual employee was a true test to how good one's team playing skills are.

The good thingsI was able to recommend things and been given feedbacks on the work that I do. Manager in charge of me has given me freedom on my work as there is trust in between us. He will give his own feedbacks to me to improve on my work and remind me what is it if i have done differently. Overall the company has recognize my effort and commended well.
The challengesRead up more things and discussed with the relevant persons on the work that I am doing and improve more on my work. Seek more feedbacks not just from the manager in charge but also from the workers as well as no one is expert in everything. To take up more trainings to beef up my work and also to suggest more things to improve it.
