    A good MNC company to work in
    The good thingsEmployee benefits are comparable to others MNC company but not so if compare with SHELL or ExxonMobil.
    The challengesSupport daily operation needs especially ad-hoc works. Needs to resolve operation issues and many would come in the morning. Often call back work might be require when operation called.

    I have been working at Chevron Oronite as in-house contractor for 3 years.
    The good thingsThey put people first. Leadership focuses on people, safety and performance. The compensation and benefits package are phenomenal. Friendly environment, happy coworkers, and competitive salary. I feel very fortunate to work for such a great company.
    The challengesThe growth opportunities can be a bit challenging within Oronite. Work-life balance can also be a challenge based on work location. Although the benefits package is great but only for full-time employees.
