    The good thingsStaffs very bad. Cut monthly incentive. Take AL Or MC cut shift allowance $ 20 per days. No bonus & no Ang Pau for CNY!!!.

    The good thingsHere work is easy,the time is short,but the salary is not so high.And 15days annual leave,saturday you need to work.MC 14days.And you can have a good chance for promotion if you are good enough,anyway, it is not bad to have the job.
    The challengesOvertime no salary and a must.Depends on the site situation you need to paln work strictly follow the owners contract.And you need to be coordiate with other department when working on the drawings ,you also need to get the approval from the consultant.
