    Great environment and good experience
    The good thingsI worked closely with the management of the company and that really helped to guide me.
    The challengesWe had challenges dealing with difficult staff, a lot of people like to complaint.

    Was promised ‘sky’ but boss very mean n unreasonable can ask a staff to leave anytime and reason up to mgt to say
    The good thingsNothing is good. All staff nv talked and more like robot as days go by. Not friendly n no smile on faces.
    The challengesVery stressful. As turnover is high, a big mess swept the carpet so new staff got to clear. Furthermore existing staff not cooperative even is their area to co ordinate.

    The good thingsActually no good things at all
    The challengesBeing a family business, management style is too outdated and stressful. Very unfriendly working environment and much demanding from staff and workers. No healthy relations between management and staff.

    OMG. Advertising for new print sales mgr again?!
    The good thingsGood to train your leg muscles as the so called meeting with the Mgt can easily hold you to stand for at least 2-5 hours
    The challengesPrepared to be a robot as there is no smile / lifeless environment. Every one just care on their own work, no connection.

    When I worked there, i realised the turnover for especially print mgr is very high

    The challengesVery stressful working environsment. Nobody put on a smile everyday. Unhealthy n not friendly environment. Just work n work. No bonding between staff
