    The good thingsProvide a basic job and salary
    The challengesStaff benefits/welfare (poor pay, low leave, bonus) is limited. The job division is not clear and heavy workload to admin staff. Management also do not look into increasing pay annually

    The good thingsfamily-oriented working environment. The bosses and colleagues are willing to help and care each other. Warm environment.
    The challengesThe pay is low. Always double (or more) jobs as the decision makers are too many. It is a renovation company and the price is higher than other so it might hard to close sales but undeniable the branding is good.

    You earn what you deserve
    The good thingsWork as inhouse designer can be stressful, forced to draw more but not earning more. Here in ciseern, we earn what we deserve. With teammates encouraging each other, professional sales team, and supportive boss; so far this is the best place for me working as an inhouse designer
    The challengesWe need to have right mindset to overcome tight schedule and high expectation, and vast variety of customers' expectations. Yet, this is the best place to learn and improve.

    The good thingsI like Ciseern spirit. Every month with have sales meeting on first week with will say a monthly target. Every sales need to stand up and shout out target of the month. This action can improve our confide and motivation. We also having some group sharing from there we can share and learn some experience from otter colleague.
    The challengesI feel most challenges is sometime will facing unreasonable customer we need to be very patient and profession to help the customer.
